How it works
It takes its knowledge from your site’s content and refreshes it by itself when you change something — no separate training needed.
The rulebook sits above your site: what not to say, where to direct people, which words to use. The number safeguard makes sure a price from outside your site never reaches a customer.
When it does not know the answer, it offers to send a message — it lands in your inbox with a summary of the conversation.

30-day pilot
We run the chat for 30 days. In return, we ask for your consent to describe your case.
Prices are net. When the month’s conversations run out, the chat switches to “leave a message” mode — you pay nothing extra without your consent. A conversation view in your own system for the Website and Shop packages is a paid add-on, priced individually.

Usually a few working days — and we try to start straight away.
The chat window uses no cookies and remembers the conversation only in the open browser tab. We keep conversations for 90 days (12 months if an enquiry was sent), and in the panel you see them with emails and numbers masked. The window asks people not to share health data, passwords or card numbers.
It answers only from your website and the rulebook, and the number safeguard checks figures. It can be wrong — so it always says so, and when it does not know, it offers to send a message to you.
Yes — anywhere you can paste a script into the page. We set up product cards with “Add to cart” during Shop package set-up.
