Set-up step by step
How it works — from the demo to the chat on your website
Before your customers see the chat, you try it yourself on your own website. Test conversations do not count towards the package, and you decide when the chat appears for everyone with one switch.
Eight steps, one path
From the demo to a chat everyone can see.
- Before customers see it
A demo in 60 seconds
You enter your website address in the demo. A temporary assistant reads a few public pages and, for 24 hours, answers questions about your offer.
The order
You click “Order a pilot” or a package — the chat window asks for your company, website address, website platform and an email for the panel. We reply by email with a set-up plan.
Account and agreement in the panel
You get an “account ready” email. In the czat.iwaszka.pl/konto panel (in Polish for now; sign in with a code sent by email) you accept the Terms of Service and conclude the data processing agreement.
A snippet on your website
You copy a single line of code from the panel and paste it into your website footer: WordPress (our plugin), Elementor Pro, Wix, a shop or your own website. The panel checks that the snippet is in place.
- At first only you see it
Test mode
Until you switch the chat on for everyone, the window appears only at the address with “?czat=1” added (e.g. yourwebsite.com/?czat=1). Test conversations do not count towards the package. See the demo
“Show the chat to everyone”
When you are happy with the answers, one switch in the panel shows the chat to all visitors — with no change to your website code, within about 2 minutes.
Conversations and enquiries
In the panel you see the conversations (with masked emails and phone numbers), the “Write to us” enquiries, which also arrive by email, and the questions the assistant could not answer.
Improvements and package
You approve or reject suggested improvements, add words the assistant must not use, and see how many conversations are left in the package this month.
Test mode
At first only you see it.
Test mode — only you see the window, at the address with “?czat=1”.

Questions about set-up
What is worth knowing before launch.
Where does the assistant get its knowledge?
From the public pages of your website — it reads them like an ordinary visitor, following the sitemap, and refreshes them every 6 hours. When you change something on your website, the assistant picks it up at the next refresh. You fix a mistake on your website — the assistant repeats what is there.
How long does set-up take?
Usually a few working days — and we try to start straight away.
Do I need to change my privacy policy?
Yes — you add a clause about the chat. A ready-made text is in the panel (Settings); just copy it.
My website has a cookie consent window. What about the chat?
The chat does not use cookies. If you prefer the “Chat” button to appear only after the visitor decides in the consent window, we will set that up during set-up.
Can I switch the chat off?
Yes — with the switch in the panel or with one email to us, with no change to your website code.
