WordPress and WooCommerce
AI chatbot for your WordPress website and WooCommerce shop
The plugin adds the chat window to your website without editing the theme. You enter the website code from the panel, try the chat yourself — and switch it on for visitors with one switch.
Installation
Four steps, a few minutes.
1. Install the plugin
In the WordPress admin: Plugins → Add New → search for “Iwaszka Czat AI” and click Install, then Activate. The plugin is free, in the WordPress.org directory.
2. Enter the website code
Settings → Czat AI → the “Site code” field. You will find the code in the client panel (in Polish for now): Site settings → “Fragment do wklejenia na stronę” (the snippet to paste into your site; the data-strona value). You can paste the whole snippet — the plugin keeps just the code. Tick “Show the chat on this site” and save — the “Chat status” card shows straight away whether the connection works.
3. Try the chat yourself
Click “See the chat on my site” in the plugin settings (it is your site with ?czat=1 added). Only you can see the “Chat” button — visitors cannot yet. Ask a few questions and correct whatever needs it in the panel.
4. Show the chat to everyone
In the client panel, on the “Kto widzi czat” (who sees the chat) card, switch the chat on for all visitors. You can switch it off there at any time — with no changes to your website.
Without the plugin
Or a single line in the footer.
If you prefer not to install the plugin, paste this snippet before the closing body tag — in a child theme, in a footer builder (e.g. Elementor Pro) or in a code-insertion plugin. Instead of YOUR-CODE, enter the website code from the panel.
<script src="https://czat.iwaszka.pl/okno/czat.js" data-strona="YOUR-CODE" data-stan defer></script>
The panel checks by itself whether the snippet is on your home page (the “Czy fragment jest na stronie?” card, meaning “Is the snippet on the website?”).
Questions
Questions about WordPress.
Does the plugin slow down my website?
Only a small button script loads on each page — deferred, in the footer. The conversation window and its styling load only after you click “Chat”.
Does the chat use cookies?
No. The window does not set cookies and remembers the conversation only in the open browser tab, and the plugin does not store anything about your visitors. You will find a clause for your privacy policy in the panel.
Does it work in a WooCommerce shop?
Yes — in a shop the chat works as on any website and answers from the shop content: delivery, returns, payments, product descriptions. Product search and “Add to cart” straight from the chat require connecting the chat to your shop — we arrange that with the Shop and Shop Pro packages.
Will it work with my theme or page builder?
Yes. The window has its own isolated styling, so the theme does not change it and it does not change the theme. The plugin adds the script the standard WordPress way, so it does not depend on the page builder (Elementor, Gutenberg and others).
How do I hide the chat on selected pages?
In the plugin settings, under “More settings” → “Do not show on”, enter page addresses (e.g. /zamowienie) or their IDs — one per line. An asterisk at the end covers a whole section, e.g. /moje-konto/*.
How much does the plugin cost?
The plugin is free and has no locked features. What you pay for is the chat — the monthly service package. Package prices are on the Order page.
What next.
Order a pilot — we will create your account and you will get the website code in the panel. You can also first see the chat on your own website in the demo.
